THE FORT WAYNE FIRE DEPARTMENT RAISED 37-THOUSAND DOLLARS TO HELP THOSE WITH MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY. THAT – FROM THIS YEAR’S FILL THE BOOT CAMPAIGN. THE M-D-A SAYS THEY’RE APPRECITIVE OF ALL DONATIONS. FORT WAYNE FIRE DID SAY THERE WAS A SIGNIFCANT DECLINE IN DONATIONS COMPARED TO PREVIOUS YEARS TYPICALLY, AROUND ONE -HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS WAS COLLECTED, BUT WITH THE FIREFIGHTERS NOT BEING ALLOWED TO COLLECT IN THE STREET, IT WAS DOWN THIS YEAR. THE MONEY FUNDS RESEARCH AND HELPS FAMILES EFFECTED BY MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY.
