eight heel-to-toe walk if you are unsteady on your feet try doing this exercise near a wall so you can study yourself if you need to now what I want you to do is you're going to take one foot place it in front of the other foot and then do the same with the other now take your arms out there we go that's going to help with your balance draw your abs in shoulders back how does that feel that feels pretty good but can I can I kind of use the wall for some balance absolutely we want to keep it safe and as you get better you can always you know make it a little bit more difficult and maybe not have the wall there very steady let's go to and one more and there you go that's good you can stop right there all right
